Chamberlain Transport strikes gold with certification in RHA ICON safety standard
CHAMBERLAIN Transport has struck gold thanks to their commitment to staff training.
It has retained a gold certification in the prestigious RHA ICON standard for safety in road transport.
Each staff member receives a minimum of one day's health and safety training per year to ensure they are fully up-to-date on the latest legislation and the company maintained its ICON gold certification following a six-month review from an independent external auditor.
"Our company's policy has always been to go the extra mile to provide staff with the highest levels of training and development," said Chamberlain Transport managing director Simon Chamberlain.
"A well trained and highly motivated workforce means we can provide the best quality of service for our customers."
Chamberlain Transport was amongst the first five companies in the UK to achieve ICON gold certification in 2007 and has worked hard to maintain these high standards through extensive in-house training.
